KAARAKUZHAMBU WHICH IS SOUR,HOT AND OILY CAN BE MIXED WITH RICE. BUT KAARAKUZHAMBU SAUCE CAN BE HAD WITH BREAD,ROTI OR MIXED WITH PASTA.

1.TAMARIND PASTE-1CUP
2.GARLIC ,GINGER PASTE-1/2 CUP
3.ROASTED AND GROUND RED CHILLY PASTE-1/2 CUP
4.POWDERED JAGGERY-1/2CUP
5.ROASTED AND POWDERED MUSTARD AND FENUGREEK POWDER-2 SPOONS
6.SALT
7 OIL
METHOD OF PREPARATION

MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND MICROWAVE FOR 15 MINUTES STIRRING IN BETWEEN.
